Isolated-margin Hyperliquid markets now trade

Many Hyperliquid perps, including most of its stock perps, only accept isolated margin, and orders on them used to be rejected. Blockcircle now reads each market's margin rules and leverage cap, places the order in the margin mode the market allows, and keeps leverage within that market's maximum.
