The MTE is built on the academic foundation of cross-sectional momentum research originally documented by Jegadeesh and Titman (1993) and expanded through decades of peer-reviewed work. Our multi-timeframe implementation draws on research and backtesting methodology from practitioners like Meb Faber Research, with strategy-performance metrics presented in the industry-standard format traders recognise from TradingView. All signals can be independently verified on the published Blockcircle MTE TradingView indicator.
