A signal is a note that something happened in a market that some traders act on. A large wallet bought a coin. A company director bought shares in their own company. A politician disclosed a trade. One of our trading engines saw its rules line up on a chart. Blockcircle collects these events, puts them in one feed and sends them to you.
The feeds
- Whale wallets: buys and sells by the largest crypto wallets, read from public blockchain data. These arrive within minutes of the trade.
- Company insiders: trades that directors and executives report in their own company's shares. They are filed after the trade, usually within a few days.
- Politicians: share trades that politicians are required to disclose. In the US a member of Congress can report up to 45 days after the trade, so the price may have moved a long way by the time you see it.
- Prediction markets: prices for real-world events on markets such as Polymarket and Kalshi. This feed is for research. It does not place trades for you.
- Momentum Trading Engine: a set of fixed rules on price and momentum for crypto and stocks. When the rules line up, it posts a buy or sell.
- Market Reversal Engine: looks for coins that have fallen or risen too far, too fast. Every post comes with a stop loss and a take profit, by default 4% and 8% from the entry.
- Analyst desk: trades the Blockcircle team posts by hand.
Where they reach you
Every signal shows in the app, in Trade Alpha and on your home feed. You can also get them by email or in a Discord channel. Pick the feeds you care about and switch off the rest, so the alerts you do get are ones you will read.
What a signal is not
- It is not advice for you. It does not know your money, your goals, your taxes or how much you can afford to lose.
- It is not a promise. Signals lose as well as win, and a feed that did well last year can do badly this year.
- It is not always fresh. Insider and politician trades are disclosed after the fact. Always check the date of the original trade.
What you can do with one
You can read it and do nothing. You can try it with the $100,000 practice account, which uses pretend money. Or you can let automation act on the feeds you choose, inside limits you set. Lessons 3 and 5 cover those limits.
