On this blog, Saturday is Bacon recipe day. So no Excel tips and tricks today. Today we learn about bacon.
In honor of Easter, today’s recipe is Bacon Wrapped Bunny….oh I mean…Bacon Wrapped Rabbit.
.
Apparently, Rabbit is so lean that it needs help to become juicy and delicious. Bacon to the rescue!

The Head Cheese and Jelly Beans blog has entire article dedicated to Bacon-Wrapped Rabbit.
Who knew this bit of info:
“Rabbit is easy to raise and slaughtering rabbits does not fall under the regulations of the humane slaughter act…”
Happy Easter!

I have to admit when I first saw the headline in my RSS feed I thought “Bacon Wrapped Chocolate Bunny? That seem kind of gross.” Then I clicked the link and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a real rabbit.
Looks good, Steve.
Saw this in today’s Observer newspaper (UK) and thought of you:

I notice a lack of new bacon recipes here of late. How ’bout this one:
