Well, it’s the New Year and many of you have made some sort of resolution involving the loss of weight. I can respect that.

In honor of your doomed resolutions, today’s recipe is a salad – Apple and Bacon Salad to be exact.

I haven’t tried this yet, but it sure does looks promising. Here’s a yummy picture:

Salad Ingredients:

A bunch of field greens.

Real Bacon pieces (cooked and diced)

The picture quality is much better than last weeks.

I have once eat meals with goat cheese in Paris. As an Asian, what I can said, it tasted like soap (yes bath soap), and if not my French around I will spit them out. Same experience with my Jakarta friends who ordered a fettucini with goat cheese… after the first scope of a spoon, he stop eating entirely. Another stronger guy tried it also, and stop. The third.. stop also… then no one dare.
But myself, I still open to try this goat cheese when I grow older (and perhaps my sensation is downgrade ;-)

I really love goat cheese desserts, their are awesome. If I have guests, I just make goat cheese deserts and they love it. Are there any other good uses for goat cheese?
